About
Miantso Ursula Soloharison
(She/They)
I'm a community developer by day and an artist at heart, with a decade of experience in community work. I'm also a Fulbright Scholar, and my research led to the first-ever study on queer youth resilience in Madagascar.
I offer multi-tier consultancy services that bridge rigorous research with community-centered practice. Whether you need program evaluation, participatory research design, curriculum development, or content creation for community-based organizations, I bring methodological expertise and cultural responsiveness to every engagement. My work is grounded in training in human sexuality and trauma-informed care, ensuring that every project centers safety, dignity, and healing.
I found that the same patience I pour into my pottery is essential for authentic community work. My art and advocacy are deeply inspired by the trees and the sea. I hold two master's degrees, one in Community Development and Action, and another in Population and Development. I also occasionally host a podcast whenever inspiration strikes.
